Use Chat AI

Chat AI can help you find information or answer questions about your data in Numonis. This feature may not be available in every environment.

The assistant replies inside Numonis and can show blocks with related information.

How to get there

1. If the feature is available, press AI in the sidebar or mobile navigation.
2. Open an existing chat or create a new one.

How to ask

1. Write a specific question.
2. Include period, document, invoice, or customer if you know it.
3. Review the answer and the data the assistant shows.
4. If the answer affects an accounting or tax decision, confirm with your accountant from Messages.

Useful examples

• "What expenses do I still need to justify this month?"
• "Show me issued invoices that are unpaid."
• "How did revenue evolve over the last six months?"

Limits

The assistant does not replace your accountant. Use its answers as help to find information, not as definitive tax advice.
