Access and navigate Numonis
Sign in, choose your organization, and find the main product sections.
Access and navigate Numonis
Numonis is organized by sections. The sidebar shows the main views on desktop; on mobile you will see bottom navigation with the most-used shortcuts and a More menu for the rest.

On mobile, open More to find tasks, banking, services, settings, and other less frequent sections.
How to sign in
- Open Numonis in your browser.
- Enter your email and password.
- Press Sign in.
- If you manage several companies, select the correct organization before reviewing data or uploading documents.
How to move around the platform
- Use Dashboard to see alerts, metrics, and next steps.
- Use Documents to upload invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Use Banking to review transactions and linked documents.
- Use Sales invoices to create and send invoices to your customers.
- Use Tasks to respond to requests from your accountant.
- Use Messages to open a conversation with Numonis.
- Use Settings from your profile to change personal details, organization, team, notifications, and appearance.
Tips
- Always check the active organization before uploading files or issuing an invoice.
- On mobile, use Documents and Messages from the bottom navigation for the most common workflows.
- If you do not see a section, check the More menu or contact Numonis from Messages.
