Getting started

Use Numonis on mobile or as a PWA

Install Numonis on your home screen, navigate on mobile, and understand what works without a connection.

You can use Numonis from your mobile browser or install it on your home screen as an app. Your account, data, and permissions are the same in both cases.

Numonis mobile navigation

On mobile, the most-used sections appear at the bottom. The rest are in More.

Install on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open Numonis in Safari.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Press the share button.
  4. Choose Add to Home Screen.
  5. Confirm the name Numonis.

Install on Android

  1. Open Numonis in Chrome or another compatible browser.
  2. Sign in.
  3. Open the browser menu.
  4. Press Install app or Add to Home screen.
  5. Confirm the installation.

Browser or installed app

The installed version opens from its own icon and uses more of the screen. It is useful if you often review documents, tasks, or messages from your phone.

Use the browser if you prefer tabs, copying links, or not adding an icon to the device.

Where to find sections on mobile

  1. Use Dashboard to review alerts and next steps.
  2. Use Documents to upload invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.
  3. Use Messages to talk to Numonis.
  4. Open More to find banking, sales invoices, tasks, services, settings, and other sections.

Upload photos and files from mobile

  1. Open Documents.
  2. Press Upload.
  3. Choose camera, gallery, or files from your device.
  4. Check that the document is complete and legible.
  5. Confirm the upload and wait for processing status.

To avoid errors, upload one photo per document and avoid cropped, dark, or blurry images.

Connection and offline use

Numonis may open some already-loaded resources because the app caches static files. You still need internet to see current data, upload documents, send messages, issue invoices, review banking, or complete tasks.

If an action fails because of connectivity, try again when you have coverage. If you are not sure whether it saved correctly, review the status in Numonis or write through Messages.
