Profile, organization, and team

Account settings control your personal details, organization, team, language, time zone, appearance, and basic preferences.

From Settings you can review profile, organization, team, and appearance.

How to get there

1. Press your avatar or name at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Press Settings.
3. Choose the tab you want to review.

Profile

1. Open Profile.
2. Review name, email, and phone.
3. Update the permitted fields.
4. Save the changes.

Organization

1. Open Organization.
2. Review legal name, NIF, address, logo, and main contact.
3. Correct basic details if they are outdated.
4. For important tax changes, write to Numonis before modifying them.

Team

1. Open Team.
2. Review members with access to the organization.
3. Invite users if you have administrator permissions.
4. Adjust roles only when you want to change who can manage the account.

Appearance

1. Open Appearance.
2. Change language, time zone, theme, or text size.
3. Save if the view asks for it.
