Use notifications

Notifications alert you when there are messages, tasks, processed documents, or other important events.

You can enable or disable in-app and email notices by event type.

How to open preferences

1. Press your avatar or name.
2. Open Settings.
3. Press Notifications.

How to change notices

1. Find the notification type.
2. Enable or disable In app.
3. Enable or disable Email.
4. Save the changes if the view asks for it.

Tips

• Keep task and message notices enabled so closings are not delayed.
• Disable secondary emails if you already review Numonis daily.
• If you do not receive emails, check spam and confirm that your profile email is correct.
