Numonis protects your company's financial information and separates data by organization. From the client side, the most important actions are keeping your account protected and reviewing who has access to your company.

What you can review

1. Open Settings from your profile.
2. In Profile, check that your email and phone are correct.
3. In Organization, confirm that the company details are as expected.
4. In Team, review which people have access to the organization.
5. In Notifications, keep important notices active.

Best practices

• Do not share your password.
• Use a different password from other services.
• Remove users who no longer work at the company or change their role.
• Do not upload personal documents that are unrelated to the company's activity.
• If you suspect someone has accessed without permission, open a message with Numonis.
