How to add a bank account so Numonis can show transactions and help with reconciliation.
Connect a bank
Connecting your bank lets Numonis show transactions and helps your accountant relate them to invoices, receipts, and supporting documents.

When you already have an account connected, you will see balance, last sync, and recent transactions.
How to get there
- In the sidebar, press Banking.
- If there are no connected accounts, Numonis will show a welcome screen.
- Press Connect bank or Add account.
How to connect an account
- Select the bank country if Numonis asks for it.
- Search for your bank in the list.
- Press Continue.
- Complete the authorization on the secure screen from the banking provider.
- Return to Numonis and wait for the account to appear.
What happens next
Numonis syncs transactions and shows the date of the last update. Some connections expire for security reasons; if that happens, you will see an action to renew consent.
Common problems
I cannot find my bank
Open Messages and write to Numonis. The team can confirm whether the bank is available or suggest an alternative.
The connection appears expired
Press the reconnect action and authorize the bank again.
